In this model the power unit is inside the lift shaft. The controller and electrical equipments are placed inside a landing door frame.

Advantage

• No machine room needed
• The power unit and electrics are located in the lower floor, intermediate floors or upper floor
• The power unit and controller are very close to each other and this will simplify installation and maintenance
• The noise level is similar to a traditional lift
